The first session will analyze the structure of the public education as an industry, with a special emphasis on understanding the achievement gap. This course is open only to students participating in the Stanford-Tsinghua Exchange Program and is required of those students. We will use exercises, cases from both developed and developing economies and guest lectures. In particular, this class is designed to help you swiftly identify and resolve gaps between your current and desired state, and to help you inspire others to do the same.
